Why do I sweat so much, I thought losing weight would make me sweat less but that’s not the case yet, if anything I swear more! And when I talk about sweat I mean I’m drenched and dripping. Not just from working out, I went outside today to clean the car and I wasn’t even doing hard stuff and I was sweating so bad! It’s only 82 degrees outside, I was like what the heck? I only drink 3-6 cups of water a day so is that to much water? Is that why I sweat so much? Idk but I’m annoyed with it because now I gotta take a shower because I feel nasty and it’s only midday.
