Beginnings
I have been dealing with eating disorders for most of my life, and am in treatment since the start of the year. One of the benefits of being in treatment is that I'm a lot nicer to myself, so I no longer hate myself as much when I think about the fact that I've gained 10 kgs since last August. But it's rough to feel it when I work out, and for the last month I've been in a massive relapse (binge eating disorder that evolved into bulimia). I feel that by working out regularly again I can take some of the power back, and the schedule allows me to overthink how much I work out and minimize the risk of overdoing. I'll be making weekly posts, mostly to hold myself accountable. I was planning on postning some kind of "before" picture but honestly forgot to take one, so we'll see if that happens. Not expecting anyone to read this but if you do, hello, will check back in next week.
