Hi everyone!  ✨✨✨ I use a pretty thick exercise mat for my workouts.  I get pretty sweaty to the point where is see sweat spots on my mat, especially where my lower back is .  I assume the mat absorbs the sweat which is kind of gross🤢🤢🤢 and I have never cleaned the mat, does anyone have any suggestions?  How often and how should I clean the mat?  It has no odor but just the thought of my sweat being absorbed is creeping me out.
