Has anyone done exercises to make their neck and collarbone area thinner? i saw some on youtube, but there are not so many comments, so idkkk

There's this one youtuber I follow, her name is HAZI. She has alot of easy and effective workout routines.
Her slim shoulder/collar bone workout, I did it twice a day (morning and night) for two weeks and I got results.
My collarbone was more visible and my shoulders were slimmer.

One thing I also recommend is fixing/having a good posture. (Hazi is a good example in the video.)

I did emi wongs 90 degree shoulder exercises and I do a fair amount of kpop idol stretches that helped me have leaner/thinner looking neck and collarbone area also i lost weight in general too so it could've had something to do with it.

I have never done any excersize purely focused on thinning my neck or collarbone but I am looking to do that and when I researched it, people said that doing general workouts such as ab, shredding, and weight loss excersizes can thin them. But I think that you should also do excersizes specific to that, that you find on YouTube. I hope this helps!! Good luck. 💗
