How do you keep your motivations? Years ago I was a novice in exercising, so to speak, but I stopped. How not to get frustrated when faced with the changes that you want and that don't happen? I know it takes time but it frustrates me to sabotage myself, also like what words of encouragement can I stick on my wall to keep going?
