Tiny win - Tiny habits

A few weeks back I decided with the smallest habit I could with doing Chloe's WO consistently: Just putting on workout clothes and starting one [1] video. Not even necessarily working out. The goal, habit I had to reach was just starting the video.

Today I REALLY was not in the mood. No biggy - just gotta start the video.
Might as well sit on the mat.
Might as well do the first exercise.
Might as well do each exercise once [1 rep].
Oh. . . that feels ok, might do more reps here.
Oh. . . am a bit tired, that's ok, gonna rest.
Might as well keep going like this until half the vid.
Oh, one more won't harm.
Oh. . . ok. .

And that is how I completed today's video.

The important thing to note here is: It would have been ok, had I just started the habit. It would have been completely fine! Of course I don't post avout those days.
I wanted to keep going. :)

And I hope you can take a similar mindset with you from this post.
Not: "Oh if I just pretend to only start the video, I'll ""trick"" myself" but rather that if you get the TINIEST part of a habit down - that is already HUGE. Because it will one day allow you, to do the next steps without being overwhelmed!
