Hello, I want to ask you for tips, advice, since I am on my third day of the challenge, but I am already getting exhausted, in the first two days my legs, buttocks, and a little abdomen hurt, therefore it makes it difficult for me to do some exercises, so I skipped them, does anyone know what I can do? The idea is to do all the exercises, but I'm skipping several, what could I do? (edited by moderator)
