Tips?

Hey guys! havent done a challenge in like 2 months and im back now!
I lost 6 pounds working on a movie set where i would move a lot and eat healthy as well. Now that i’m back to my normal routine, i’m scared of gaining it again. I don’t eat unhealthy but I feel that i’m eating the same and maybe less and moving way less than when I work, it’s a confusing feeling.
i don’t wanna track my calories cause i know i would go CRAZY and really dependent on my weight and it’s not healthy for ME
i just wanna know how can i make sure i’m on a calorie deficit without actually counting, what foods could help me lose weight and if chloe’s actually works or what😫
