So as the title says I'm turning 25, over the last 5 years I've been becoming my best version. I'm happy with myself for the most part but I still have goals and such ofcourse. My question is any advice for me turning 25, like anything someone wish they would've known beforehand. For the most part I've learned disipline, self control, and emotional intelligence, I do journaling and such, so any healthy habits or books or even beauty hacks, I'm all ears for, so I'd love to see what y'all have in mind, thankyou.
