Guys help me when i do side planks i feel like im going to puke :( like its totaly fine when i do normal planks and literally everything else, but side planks specifically make me want to throw up ... Please please pleasee tell me that this is normal in the first few days of beginning doing side planks ...
Also could it be that im eating too little, too much or just drinking to much or too little water? Cuz i dont often eat before working out..
