Life Advice
People please i need help, i have been loosing weight like crazy (nearly) i am loosing like 1kg every 1 , 2 weeks and i dont know what to do, i am already down to nearly 48kg but i already reached my goal of having a flat stomach and stuff (nearly) so it feels like i am loosing progress, if i just start eating more calories and gaining weight, and i really dont want that,, but i am feeling really dizzy and weak and i can barely do stuff,, i am taking medication to help boost my immune system and mental performance and to reduce tiredness and stuff ,and yes it does help a lot, but i still feel weak and stuff, but not in a really really weak way, like i can do basic tasks and stuff, walking and working out but when i rest i feel really weak and stuff ... And dizzy, i don't know if i already mentioned that but anyway... Please please help me PLEASE i dont want to be underweight :(
