Hi guys,
What are your thoughts on waist trainers/ corsets?

I already checked previous posts but they were most likely focused on losing weight simply by wearing them. 

I'm losing weight on my belly area but it refuses to tone/ stay in shape. 
So my question is, does it help maintain shape after weight loss?
