want to get back on track❤️‍🩹

i haven’t done anything in like 3-4 months and i gained 3-4 kg which is huge for me. i have a school camp in 2 weeks and id like to loose at least 1 kg, but it feels like smth impossible. i want to start the 2021 2 weeks challenge (i don’t remember how its called), and with the diet i have no idea how to start or what to do, do y’all have some tips?
rn i’m 54 kg and 13 years old, and i feel enormous, so id like to loose weight. and get fit. i get sooo insecure because of all the girls i see in my class. they’re all fit and pretty, and they love sport unlike me. i feel so insecure around them all the time.💔
(and also do y’all know how to make a team on here?)
