I've been having this issue that I dread doing Chloe's workouts on some days (I enjoy them when I feel like doing that type of workout, I just have a lot of days when I'd rather go to the gym and lift weights or go for a long walk instead of doing a day from whatever challenge I'm on, this is also not challenge specific, I've tried 15 different ones (finished 2, but that took a lot of energy and wasn't very enjoyable all things considered)), so now I'm doing the challenges casually and make sure I do something every single day.
I currently go for a daily walk to increase my intensity zone 1 training time (mainly to build my aerobic base so that I can start running at some point), go to the gym for strength sessions (and incline walking as higher intensity cardio), do exercise classes at my gym and do activities that are movement (but that I wouldn't really consider exercise, I track them as exercise when I do them, but I wouldn't say that exercise is the main reason why I do them), including but not limited to Stand Up Paddling & Inline Skating (in the summer), Ice Skating (in the winter) and Just Dance (just whenever I feel like it)
How do y'all stay active outside of Chloe's challenges or in between challenges?
