I had my wisdom teeth extracted last Thursday (all 4 impacted) and was wondering when I could go back to workouts? It’s killing me that I can’t do any workouts 😭As of writing this it’s the night of day 6 post op and tomorrow will be one full week since surgery. I don’t want to start working out too early and slow down healing, but I also wanna get back to it asap. if anyone has gone thru this, i’d appreciate some advice about what you did and how long until you went back to workouts. Thanks!
