Hey everyone! 👋

I’m planning to start the lean thighs challenge because my main goal right now is to slim and tone my thighs. But I’m also a bit concerned about maintaining my overall strength and muscle balance. I’ve completed a few of Chloe’s full-body, weight loss, core, and arm programs before, so I’m not a complete beginner.

Should I stick to just the lean thighs program, or should I add some upper body and core workouts on a few days to keep my progress balanced? I want to tone my thighs without losing overall strength.

Any advice on how to manage this without overtraining or feeling burnt out? Would love to hear your experiences!

Update: I should also mention that my ultimate goal is to lose weight overall, not just slim my legs and thighs. So, should I include some upper body and core workouts too, or focus mainly on the legs challenge?
