i used to think that the worst part of working out is mountain climbers but then i realized its the HAVING TO WASH YOUR HAIR EVERYDAY because of all the sweat 😭

my hair gets so greasy if i wash it 2 days in a row.. i have to at least let my hair without a wash for 3 days. does anyone else relate to this? 🥲 how do you manage?
