Is there anyone who looked at them self one day and saw what 'change' could look like or watched something and felt what REAL CONSISTENT HARD WORK feels like? That was me at age 15 and I started waking up very early to start working out and lose weight, and after about 2 weeks of consistency I saw expected progress. After about a month I quit and 2 months later I started Calisthenics. Here I am at 16 years old and I am very strong and very happy. My results are amazing, Chloe Ting is amazing and my body hates me for all the pain. But my brain knows it was worth it!
Can anyone relate?!
