Your age and workout history?

I'm still new to this community, but my understanding is we come in all ages, shapes and sizes ❤️ so, I'm curious: how old are You, and have you done any sports before Chloe?

I'm 38, and my sports' history goes like this:

Age 0-14: never "officially" did any sports, but I grew up on a farm, so my lifestyle was very active and outdoorsy. At the age of 12-18 I had a horse and went for rides pretty much every day
Age 14-18: really got into karate, practiced at a club like 5-6 times a week. I think during this time I was in the best shape I've ever been (so far! )
Age 19-35 (holy smokes I feel old right now, that's 16 years right there! 😅) first university and then a full time job and all the adult stuff - didn't really exercised at all. . .
Age 35: realized my life was boring and started to workout again, this time just find new experiences and have fun! Got interested in calisthenics, especially in handstands and other hand balances. Aaaand I'm still on that journey. Learning new skills as an adult is sometimes sooooo slow but I don't mind, I love proving age doesn't matter if you want to learn stuff like handstands, backbends or cartwheels 🤸❤️

As how I ended up with Chloe, it's a little silly: I usually take videos of my handstands sessions (learning by myself, I'm my own coach) and one day in April looking back one video I suddenly felt really uncomfortable by the way my tummy looked 🤐 I have never really cared about my looks but somehow it just hit me: I don't feel good about this, Let's do something about it! And you know what happens when you look up Ab Workout in YouTube 😁 so here I am, middle of my second CT challenge and loving it, have already noticed Chloe helps me with handstands too (oh all those planks are paying off)
