Hi there 👋🤗 I was thinking about my biggest achievements this year and thought this might be a great spot to reflect and talk about this :) Let's share and end 2024 with motivational stories and be proud of ourselves 🫂 👏 

I am most proud of integrating consistent movement into my daily life - from being totally sedentary and barely walking 1000 steps a day I am now at least getting 10.000 steps in (on top of Chloe's challenge of course) 😅🚶‍♀️💪 
I am so proud, happy and greatful to make exercising a priority in my life!!! I even quit tobacco and alcohol to focus on health and fitness 💛 

I just started an Instagram account to hold myself accountable and post about my fitness journey - also I thought it might be a great idea to have something to look back to by the end of 2025 and see how far I've come (usually I am not really using any social media)... 
How do you hold yourself accountable? Do you share your goals and achievements somewhere??
