We've all had the oddly timed toot sneak out on occasion, but I just had to pause my workout to laugh for a solid few minutes, when I was doing crab toe touches and my toddler comes up and tries to help pick me up off the mat because he thought poor mum just couldn't get off the floor.

Extremely cute, but gosh I must have looked like I was struggling (because of course I WAS)!!
