Youtube workout results videos

I watch before and after videos so i can encourage myself to continue to workouts, but lately they’ve actually been rllllly discouraging for me. Idk if I’m the only one who noticed, but most of them just gain back their weight and make a new yt videos about losing it again.

Like I’d click on a video and they’d show you their progress and how much weight theyve lost (and it would be such an amazing difference too), but if you click in their channel u can see that they’ve made MULTIPLE videos about the same thing, where they somehow gained back the weight and then lose it again.

And it just makes me wonder if those workouts results are temporary? I know i sound kinda stupid since the only way to keep your results is to make eating healthy and working out a habit, but then again these girls also eat healthy and exercise…

I just wanna know what are yalls thoughts on this, and if u noticed it too — and sorry this was kinda long lol
