I want to share a podcast link, not to promote it but because it contains a lot of useful information about weight loss, nutrition and getting healthy for woman. It's with studies and with a doctor and I think it can help people here to get better results with Chloe's workouts. But I do not want to get banned so I want to ask a mod if it's okay. I don't think it is although I'm not promoting anything but the podcast does answer quite a few questions I see asked a lot here.
