Hi, 
I’m doing shred and tone 2024 on the website.   I skipped weds and thurs this week and today (Friday) is down as a rest day.   I’ve done tomorrow’s workouts already but it won’t let me mark it as complete.   Is there a way of changing a rest day to a workout day please?   Thank you!
