I had trouble getting the in-app videos to play on both my iPhone and iPad. It resolved on my iPhone after uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but it didn’t work on my iPad. 

On my iPad, I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app. I also tried restarting my iPad. The in-app video is stuck buffering.
