I am doing an Abs program, yesterday at the final exercise i noticed I had a muscle pull in my abs. It was an abdominal sprain. Today is rest day in my schedule. I don’t know how to extend the rest day to more days until my sprain is better. I don’t want to skip any workout videos. Is there a way to skip some days but then restart where I left it? ?
