i did the workout even tho it was a rest day today. basically my rest day was Day 5 and i finished the workout of Day 6 today. and it still shows that its incomplete and i have Day 7?? i dont get it.  like, i did tomorrow’s workout today because i decided to skip the rest day so i finish the program earlier, and i have to do after tomorrow’s workout too?
