guys please can you tell me how to mark a workout as completed? I did a workout, but it was already after 00 when I finished 2 videos out of 4. the day rewound to the next and I accidentally somehow marked my unfinished workout as an additional day of rest. Of course, the schedule has shifted by one day, and tomorrow I need to do the same workout, since it was marked as a rest. Is there any way to get the schedule back?
