I have two questions:

1.  It says that today is a day of rest, but I want to study.  How can I make sure I can do a workout?  Nothing helps, I can’t get a list of activities and do a workout

2.  Also, I missed two days and I cannot mark them as “Rest day”.  Why?  [translation added by moderator]

1.   написано что сегожня день отдыха, а я хочу заниматься.   Как сделать так, чтобы я могла сделать тренировку?   Ничего не помогает, не получается получить список занятий и сделать тренировку 

2.   Также я пропустила два дня и я не могу их отметить как "Rest day".   Почему?
