Hi guys! I would like to ask if I skip a rest day will it be moved to the following day instead? 

my program right now states that my next rest day would be on the 25th. however, it is my day off at work and i have to fix papers and requirements on the 26th. i was thinking of doing the workout on the 25th and resting on the 26th but i am scared my streak and team challenge would be affected
