Can anyone explain how streak freezes work?
I had at least two, but they automatically got used for no reason. 
When I started a new program two days ago (I took the days off, not a week as recommended), it used one when I opted for a program. Then, when I opened the app about an hour ago to see what three next day's workouts looked, it used another. Am I not allowed to open the app unless I'm going to do a workout right away? What's going on?

[I know this sounds arbitrary to some people, but I'm a person who is highly competitive and loves keeping streaks alive. Yes, it's strange, but it's who I am lol. So this kind of thing eats at me.]
