Chloe Ting Community

Just upgraded to the premium subscription and after the audio files download it says "Starting workout" and says Load has been interrupted. The video don't load at all. I have attached a screenshot. Has this happened to anyone else? I tried uninstalling the app, using it with and without wifi. Nothing has helped. SOS! It just freezes on this screen and doesn't start the workout.
