Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary. A blender tamper will help if you have one.
Scoop sorbet into serving bowls and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
I garnished the sorbet with dried osmanthus flower which adds a wonderful fragrance to the sorbet. If you can't find it, you can use whatever you like. Lime zest or mint leaves will also be nice!
The lychees I used are sweet enough on their own without any additional sweetener. If you prefer your sorbet to be sweeter, feel free to add a touch of any liquid sweetener of choice.
The sorbet texture will be quite soft straight out of the blender/ food processor. If you prefer a firmer texture, scoop sorbet into a container with lid and let it sit in the freezer for up to 2 hours to firm up.
