Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Dragon fruit is also known as pitaya. If you can't find the fresh fruit where you are, you can also buy pre-packaged frozen ones.
Feel free to substitute almond milk with any other plant milk of choice!
Adjust amount of almond milk according to your preference. If you like a thinner smoothie, add more milk.
