Ingredients (6 servings)

MetricImperial
5 large lemons
180g monk fruit erythritol sweetener
1L water
-Ice
  1. Add monkfruit erythritol sweetener and about 1 cup water to a pot. Heat up mixture and stir until monkfruit erythritol sweetener is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Juice lemons. Strain to discards any seeds. You may save the pulp if you like having pulp in your lemonade.
  3. Combine lemon juice and water. Sweeten with monkfruit erythritol syrup to taste.
  4. Serve with ice and extra lemon wedges. Enjoy!
Notes
  • Using ripe lemons and rolling them prior to juicing will make it easier to get every last drop of lemon juice.
  • This recipe is the perfect amount of sweetness for me, but feel free to adjust the sweetness to your preference by adjusting the amount of monkfruit erythritol syrup you add in.
  • Feel free to substitute monkfruit erythritol sweetener with any other sweetener of choice. If you don’t mind a bit of natural sugar, honey or maple syrup are great alternatives!
  • Make this a sparkling lemonade by substituting water with soda water!
