Probably the easiest sweet treat recipe you will ever come across. You only need 2 ingredients and 5 minutes, and you've got yourself a healthy, lactose-free, dairy-free, vegan ice cream.

2 ripe bananas, chopped and frozen
10 strawberries, frozen
Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides if necessary. A tamper will help with the process if you have one.
Serve immediately if you like a soft serve texture. Or alternatively you can freeze the mixture for 30-60 minutes to firm up a bit if you prefer a more ice-cream-like texture.
Notes
Store ice cream in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Thaw for 30 minutes before scooping and serving.
Optional: top ice cream with your favorite toppings! Some suggestions are chopped nuts, freeze dried strawberry pieces, chocolate chips or berry compote.
