Ingredients (1 serving)

1 egg
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp grated parmesan
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp oil (optional)
In a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin, add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Let bread cool slightly, then tip it out and cut into slices using a serrated knife.
Serve as is, or toasted, with desired toppings. Enjoy!
Notes
The oil is optional. The bread will still rise and cook as normal without the oil, but will come out a little bit drier.
You may substitute almond flour with coconut flour, peanut flour or hazelnut flour. Note that if you use coconut flour, the bread will have a slightly sweet coconut taste to it.
You may substitute parmesan cheese with grated cheddar cheese.
