1 spaghetti squash
1 tsp olive oil
-Salt, to taste
-Pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C.
  2. Slice spaghetti squash into halves lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle the inside with a little bit of olive oil and rub with your fingers to spread the oil evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer spaghetti squash to a baking sheet, with the cut side facing down. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove from the oven. Let cool slightly before handling.
  7. Using a fork, shred the flesh into strands of “spaghetti.” Season to taste with more salt and pepper if desired.
  8. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce and toppings or as a fun side dish. Enjoy!
