Ingredients (4 servings)
MetricImperial
250g vanilla Greek yogurt
100g strawberries
100g blueberries
Wash and dry berries. Transfer berries into a food processor and process until they turn into a smooth puree. You can do the strawberries and blueberries separately or you can mix them, depending on the final color/ flavor you’re after.
Swirl berry puree into Greek yogurt, taking care not to overmix if you want the popsicles to have beautiful swirls in them.
Transfer mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
Unmold and enjoy!
Notes
