Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Small dice apples.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, monkfruit erythritol sweetener, water, cornstarch, cinnamon, allspice and salt.
In another mixing bowl, make the crumble by combining rolled oats, almond flour, coconut oil, cinnamon and monkfruit erythritol sweetener.
Transfer apple mixture to two lightly greased ramekins. Top with crumble mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the crumble is golden and apples are tender.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or natural Greek yogurt.
