Preheat the oven to 300ºF / 150ºC and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add egg white and whisk until foamy.
Whisk in all the spices and seasonings.
Add raw nuts and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer nuts to lined baking tray. Arrange them in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes.
Take nuts out of the oven and give everything a stir. Reduce oven temperature to 250ºF / 120ºC and return nuts to the oven for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove nuts from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container in a cool and dry area. Enjoy!
