2 wholegrain tortilla wraps
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 cucumber
1/2 carrot
1/4 purple cabbage
4 green lettuce leaves
4 tbsp hummus + more for serving
-Handful of sesame seeds
Thinly slice red bell pepper, cucumber, carrot and purple cabbage.
Spread hummus evenly over tortillas.
Arrange sliced veggies neatly in rows across the tortillas.
Roll up each tortilla tightly.
Cut crosswise into pinwheels and serve immediately.
