Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 392°F.
Pat salmon fillet dry with a paper towel, and rub sesame oil, salt and pepper on it.
Spread sesame seeds over a plate. Press salmon onto sesame seeds, skin side down, to coat.
Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on the size and thickness of your fillet.
Turn oven to broil/ grill and continue cooking salmon for 3 minutes.
Remove from oven. Serve immediately.
