A green smoothie made with mangoes, banana, spinach and coconut water. An easy way to get more fruit and veggies in your diet, and it tastes delicious too! While healthy, smoothies should still be enjoyed in moderation due to its high natural sugar content.

Ingredients (2 servings)

MetricImperial
1 small mango, chopped and frozen
1/2 banana, chopped and frozen
50g baby spinach
6 ice cubes
-Splash of coconut water
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Enjoy!
Notes
  • If you don't have coconut water, you can just use plain water.
  • Adjust amount of coconut water according to your preference. If you like a thicker smoothie, use less. If you like a runnier smoother, add more coconut water.
  • Feel free to add in any other fruits you like! Pineapple would also be a great ingredient to add to this one.
