400g raw almonds
50ml low-sodium tamari
Preheat oven to 320°F / 160°C.
In a large mixing bowl, toss almonds with tamari until evenly coated. Transfer to a parchment paper lined baking tray in a single layer.
Bake for 10 minutes, give the almonds a toss, then bake for another 10 minutes or until almonds are dry and crunchy. Keep in mind they will crisp up more as they cool.
Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Enjoy!
