butter
1 clove
garlic

Black pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mince garlic. Slice half the lemon and juice the other half.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add butter and minced garlic. Microwave for 30 seconds until butter is melted. Add lemon juice and mix until combined.
Season tilapia with salt and pepper and place on lined baking tray. Pour lemon butter mixture all over the fish, and place lemon slices on top.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.

.
Tilapia is economical and a great source of protein. Feel free to substitute with any other mild, white fish of choice.
For dairy-free, substitute butter with non-dairy butter or olive oil.
